In a proactive move to enhance its operational effectiveness and strategic impact, the Integrated Social Development Centre (ISODEC) has held an intensive training programme aimed at strengthening staff capacity in key areas central to the organization’s existing and new policies.

The five- day training, which brought together all staff members in Accra and those from the northern Ghana office, focused on vital development and organizational skills, including Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) techniques, the Common-Wealth Approach(CWA), resource mobilization strategies, communications approaches and strategy, as well as the rollout and implementation of ISODEC’s revised and new policies.

The initiative was part of ISODEC’s ongoing efforts to build internal capacity and ensure all team members are aligned with the organization’s new strategic direction.
